SAFETY AND SECURE SHOPPING GUARANTEE
Thediamonddivas.com is committed to protecting our customers' personal

have established a Secure Shopping Guarantee for every transaction
that you make with Thediamonddivas.com. Should any unauthorized
charges appear on your credit card as a result of shopping with
Thediamonddivas.com, you must notify your credit card provider in
accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Any charges to
your credit card or PayPal account from Thediamonddivas.com
will reflect our parent company name of Way-Fil Jewelry.
We will cover the liability of purchases made through this web site
only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no
fault of your own. If your bank holds you responsible for fraudulent
charges, we will not cover your liability.

RETURNS
- Returns can be made seven days from date of delivery.
We regret that we cannot honor returns on sale and closeout items,
special custom ordered items, sized or engraved merchandise.
- All merchandise must be in returned, in the original boxes, in new condition and with our
tags still attached in new condition, accompanied by the invoice. (Please keep a copy of your invoice.)
An authorization number must be obtained before returning any item or
it will be refused upon receipt. You may call 877 844-2427 for authorization number and return instructions.
- Credit will be given for purchase price, minus shipping and handling.
- Credit will be issued by same means of purchase.
- Returns must be shipped insured as we are not responsible for lost,
stolen or damaged merchandise. Depending on the reason for the return,
you may be responsible for return shipping charges.
- If we incorrectly ship an item we will reimburse you for shipping the
returned item and the new item will be shipped free.
